SYNOPSIS
Instantiates a term with fresh type variables
DESCRIPTION
A call to gen_tyvarify tm renames all of the type variables in term tm to fresh replacements (generated with gen_tyvar).
FAILURE
Never fails.
EXAMPLE

> gen_tyvarify “h::t”;
